Need the car back

I had an incident on the 16th/11/12, made a police report and filed my claim with the insurance. I paid and towed the car myself on the 17th! They only fetched the car to the body shop on 23/11/12.My consultant was Tanya. No one called me, I got an sms from AI about the excess on the 20th/12/12, I called on the 3rd/01/13 and spoke to Lucky to cancel the claim as the excess was too much and couldn't afford, he referred me to his manager who asked me not to cancel, she will organize funds for me to pay the car of which I agreed to it. Its 3 months later, it hasn't happened and I pay for the car I don't have! I'm hopeless don't know what to do, pls help
