DAMAGES ON VEHICLE

I called in register a claim i then advised the agent that at 06.30 a gate hit my car twice, i was then referred to a vehicle assessor who did the assessment on my car, he send them report back and he referred the incident as one claim with just one assessment report . the Adviser as well as the manager are saying that that is 2 incidents which happened at the same time. They now want me to pay for an 2 excess ..When I asked to speak to a manager she was rude and says to me the time of the incident is not important.
