ABSA REALLY THE WORST BANK

I have been dealing with Absa Randburg for many many years, we have had fairly good service on our current as well as investment accounts. All the buildings we manage are insured through Absa, and yet the service is getting worse by the day!
Eventually I got Pieter Myburgh who deals with our "relationship manager" Jason Skosana whose service is so bad it blows my mind.
Not one request I have sent through has been dealt with, Ive been fed the rubbish of our systems have been of for a week, have many emails undertaking to sort things out and nothing but nothing gets done.
Could someone from Absa please now direct me to someone who can sort out very simple tasks that seem to be insurmountable for this branch.
I CANNOT WAIT TO GET AWAY FROM THIS PATHETIC BANK - WHO HAS THE MOST COMPLAINTS ON HELLO [URL Removed] - that alone should tell you what you are dealing with and what your clients are dealing with.
