YOU ARE NOT LISTING TO MY COMPLAINT!!

In March / April 2012. I went in to the branches Jacaranda and Sunnyside I said to both of them that my salary is going to drop and we need to make other payment arrangements. The response was take this loan then at the end of the we will consolidate the loan for you over a longer period, I kept asking them to please stop giving me loans and just consolidate everything and extend the terms, I even lodge a complaint on Hellopeter begging them to stop giving me money, the end was I owed them R 8000.00 per month on an income of just over R 8000.00 (This was my new salary).

This is my complaint!!
