SANLAM REALITY DOES NOT KEEP TO ITS WORD

WIth regard to my last complaint I was promised (telephonically) that payment will be eefected from 7th of Jan. Did it mean I have to wait the whole year??? I am getting annoyed now. Next time dont call me write all your responses here so that people can see how you lie.
