Broker promises and poor service from FNB

I applied for a Future Use amount on my existing FNB homeloan, the completed application documents were emailed to fnb on 14/12/2012 and a second request on 22/12/2012 .FNB refernce number 51676 to a T Matlombane

FNB stated that the application would take 7 working days. This is when the problems started

This person never gave us any feedback so we contacted our premier banker - Chris De Besch, who stated that the assets and liabilities needed to be dated and that my wife needed to sign. Why was I not told of this when the application was first handed in?? this was on the 2nd of January!!

On the 11th Chris de Besch stated that all the pages on the application had to be initialled, once again why was this not picked up when the app was first made and why the 10 day delay for this??

On the 12th of January we were then promised by Chris De Besch and his supervisor Nish that the transfer to our account was to be made by 9am on Saturday the 12th of January, we were given a call centre number in case of problems
Of course this payment never happened and the people at the call centre could not assist. I have still not been paid. WHAT SHOCKING SERVICE FROM FNB...
