Honour your obligation!

Hi, I feel that Outsurance is practicing false and misleading advertising with their current slogan, " If we cant beat your current car insurance, then we will pay you R400! " Their quote for car insurance was more than double my present insurance in December 2012. I was told by their consultant that they would be sending me an email with a link to enter all my details on their website which they did not. After calling them in January, a Zweli Ngugu forwarded me an email requesting all my details and a copy of my current insurance policy which I forwarded to him. His email stated that I would be contacted to confirm receipt off all my items. No confirmation was received by me! I called again in February and after speaking to a consult to request that Zweli or a manager contact me urgently, this has still not been done. Please note that I have forwarded numerous emails to Zweli Ngugu, a supervisor at Outsurance and still not received any reply. The only way I could get a consultant to call me was to enter my details on their website for insurance and I was called on my cellphone a few minutes later because they want my business but when it comes time to pay up, they hide away!!
