After getting a quote from Outsurance, they could not beat my current company I am with. They sent me the link and sms to sign onto the website. but the website does not allow me to submit my current policy in order to receive my R400.00 cash back, I logged three requests to be called back and no one called me back. I called Ousurance on Wednesday 17.07.2013 and the lady gave me an email address to email my policy to. up till today no one has called me back or assisted me.

I am glad I am not with Outsurance as if I was in an accident it looks like you would not be able to receive help.
