In January of this year I had visited FNB Park Place East as the chip in my cheque card was not working and received a temporary card. It is now March a WHOLE MONTH AND 2 WEEKS LATER and I have still not received my cheque card.

Not only has my temporary card expired but FNB has failed to notify me that my new card is ready. On calling FNB numerous times I was told that the two people that deal with the issuing of cards are not answering their phones.

Your lack of service is noted and I will ensure that I move all my accounts to a bank who can accommodate the needs of their clients and who values service.

Being a loyal FNB customer I am very disappointed and I guess I will have to go to the bank in person to enquire about the above before anything is done.

Instead of making headlines with your ads (which I thought was terrific) you should invest in client service as this is clearly lacking.
