Early Debits cost me money

You debited my cheque account on the 25th, a day before my payday, the debit was returned and it cost me R138-00 in fees from ABSA, you then debited me again on the 26th (Which is my payday), and it went through. Please let me know when you will be repaying the R138 to me and sending a letter to the bank apologising for your mistake.
