Bullied by Standard Bank

I have been listed at ITC by Standard Bank for an incident that was cleared up over 8 years ago. I am confused as to how they can do this taking into account that I have had many dealings with them since then, the latest being a bond on my current house which was secured in April 2011. I have sent mails to there customer service but as usual, only empty promises are made saying that the matter is being looked into and that a specialist will call? The last email I received from them stated that a specialist will call me. This was on the 8th of Feb 2013. I am still waiting for their specialist! Must be very special indeed???
