Disgraceful Service. They didnt want to refund me

This guy approached me whilst at the mall (Parow centre) and offered me to join their life insurance. He explained a few things to me and said before they would deduct any monies from my account, they will be sending me my card, stating that I have joined them and that they will notify me before any deductions are made in my account. He said the amount that will be debited will be discussed upon the phone I will receive. A month later, a debit order of R300 goes off from my account. When I called them to enquire about this, I spoke with Jessica W, who said they will not be refunding even though I informed her that I was not aware of premium.

They are fooling and misleading people and this is wrong.
