I received an email stating that I was no longer insured since payment of my premium was not received. Payment is always made via debit order. I found that so rude and evidence of poor customer service as I have not even received a phone call to enquire as to the reason of the non-payment. I did NOT cancel the debit order, so I was not even aware that there was a problem.
I did speak to a consultant that reinstated my policy as being insured is very important to me. I was informed that the debit order is set to go off the 12th of June but that I had to lift the stop order with my bank. When I spoke to my bank they found no evidence that Woolworths even attempted to deduct the money off my account.
So, no attempt was made to deduct my premium from your side, yet I am the one receiving emails in the early mornings stating that by the way, you are no longer insured.
Please sort this out as the mistake was not mine.
