Issues ordering Forex

I applied for Forex on 27/02/2013 and specifically requested / ordered USD ($) in small denominations of $5, $10 and $20 due to the country I am visiting. I was informed that I could collect my Forex on Monday 4 March 2013. On Monday I phoned the Forex department and told them that I could only collect the money on Wednesday. I was told no problem the money was here and they would keep it aside.
On Wednesday when I went all the way across town to collect the money I was told that they only had denominations of $50 or higher, and if I wanted smaller they would have to re-order and I would need to come back across town another day, again at my inconvenience and wasting my time due to their poor and inefficient service. I find this unacceptable and extremely unprofessional.
