FNB overcharging clients on forex transactions

I'm currently in Europe. FNB is continuously overcharging me on forex rates. The rates they actually charged me and those supplied on their website are miles apart. In some cases as much as 50 cents more per Euro than the quoted forex rate. I find this morally corrupt and totally unacceptable.
