I do not have an account with you

Greetings

Someone may have tried to use my details to open a loan account with you. When i try to put in my details on the system it says user already exists. Please help me. Your customer service helpline told me i am supposed to have the email address that was used to open my account. How can i do that when i never opened an account.

Please get back to me as soon as possible.
