I have had my Greenbacks Credit Cards since 2005. No one at Nedbank can explain why my cards were never linked to the Greenback Reward system. (I have an American Express as well). Reference Number 65083183 I was informed by the Call Centre Agent by the name of Busi that the Back Office will only back date my points for a year. So while all other Nedback clients had theirs accounts linked to this reward program, its quite humiliating to think I was not even linked in the first place. This is so reminiscent of the days when we just had to "lump" such poor service. It actually makes one feel like a beggar trying to get Nedbank to explain what should be a so called "Loyalty Reward System". No one at the branch or call centre can give me an explaination why my cards were never linked. I wonder how many other Nedbank Clients have experienced this and on WHAT BASIS was this done. Please don't tell about Technical Errors because if this was the case then this should have been rectified by back dating my points to the time when my cards should have been linked. What a shameful way to reward anyone let alone a loyal client. Mr WG Lucas
