Old Mutual Wynberg Branch pathetic service

On two occasions I have gone to Old Mutual Wynberg Branch and received poor service. Both times I have been there before 12:00 I got there about 11:30 to surrender on of my policies, I was then told that there enquiries consultant finishes at 12:00 and there is four people waiting before me and they cannot attend to me as if they have to see me there time will run after 12:00. I work in a financial instittion and imagine we should turn clients away just incase we will run to over closing time. I am absolutly disgusted with there service as this has happened to me twice now and I have still not been helped.
