On the 28th of August 2012, I applied for insurance covered for my truck and trailer which had to include goods in transit, I was emailed documentation to complete and send back in order to receive a quotation, and upon filling out the quotation, I stated we were in the process of fitting in a tracking device, and I then submitted it through. I then received the quotation with how much the premium was which included the goods in transit and comprehensive cover for the truck and trailer and the value of the cover which was R650 000, 00 - My truck started working in the harbour in the mont 12th of September 2012, and on the 16th of September 2012 it was from gate number 15, Maydonwarf, Durban Harbour, Durban. The was reported to the Maydonwarf Police department and we received a cas number 142/9/2012. We reported the to Indwe Risk Services along with the cas number, they however declined my claim stating that due to the fact that there was no tracking device installed
