Etana Insurance Company does not honour claims

A comprehensive good in transit policy was issued to cover goods carried for customers of our courier company.

An unfortunate incident of a truck hijacking left our customers without goods and us responsible for the goods in our custody.

The claim was rejected by Etana outside the contract.

To any potential policy holders, If you have a goods in transit policy with Etana, your claim can and probably will be rejected outside the contract.

It is not worth the paper written on.
