Uninformed Insurance cancellation

I recently added a third car in my insurance and given bad service by person called Joseph. At the end of the day I was never given a break down of my cover but R 3084 was debited from my bank account of which I then decided to reverse the money. Unfortunately one the cars had a minor accident of which I wanted to make a claim. I t is then that I discovered that they cancel my insurance cover without informing me saying that i made a stop payment of which I never did but reversed the debit due to unsatisfactory amount they charged me. I was then refereed to the lady called Marlene Loots who requested that I must send proof. I have sent them a letter and the statement from the bank and an affidavit from the police station but up until today the has not been any response of whether I am still covered or not. I have received the worst treatment from Indwe Risk of which at this point I do not know whether I am still covered or not
