Over charged and have not got our money back

We were over charged by a huge amount on Saturday. The debit order was supposed to be R724 and you look off over R1300 from our account.

We called on Saturday and nobody could help. Called yesterday and today and you say you are 'looking into it.'

This is NOT good enough and we want our money back immediately. You cannot just take people's money and expect them to be okay with that. Your customer service is awful.
