Real People in Polokwane have failed to consolidate my accounts despite that being our agreement.
I am disappointed at the non existent level of customer care and attention to detail from your agents of whom one shut the phone on my ear this morning.
they are unapologetic and rude.
they don't listen despite their inability to communicate fluently in english with their clients.
