I bought 2 1 data bundle via cellphone banking twice on the 1 of July & 1 of August & i never received my data.
I phoned in many times & every time they tell me i received it. I sent proof of payment of transaction clearly showing the dates of purchase. On the 2nd of July & 2nd of August i went in store to purchase data & that's how i loaded my data not via cellphone banking because it dint work still today it does not. I asked them to assist me as soon as possible but they rather told me i did receive it but it was the data i bought in store. pls can anybody assist because clearly these guys are incompetent
