I am really disgusted that such a reputable company (one that i used to hold in high esteem nogal) can be so nonchalant when it comes to sorting out the most basic things. Momentum Multiply sends me emails on a regular basis, but they never communicate when it involves my money and the amounts that i will be billed for the coming month. I moved from Vitality to Multiply as a result of the migration and i have spent over R500 contacting the call centre on a monthly basis since then. Last month, they failed to go into my account to deduct the monthly gym amounts and then decide (without informing me) to double debit my account. When i called last month (again to complain about the lack of communication), i specifically noted to the consultant that i do not receive my salary in the account from which they are deducting. Further, I was told to send my gym statements from Sep 2012, presumebly this was so that they can track my attendance since then. I have sent this, no response.
Can we just sort this out cause i am really tired of dealing with the call centre
