I had to take my car in today and due to various factors starting with a rental vehicle that wasn't booked on time and then my car not being available any other day. Len pushed through the negative factors and made it happen. He really went out of his way without complaining once. I applaud and respect you Len. You are the sole reason I have not changed insurers yet. Give that man a bells:)
