FND DISAPPOINTING ALL ROUND

So i'm still waiting for my cheque to come through been waiting since beginning mid January 2013. i phone week after week and all i get is it will take 6-8 weeks. it cant always be 6-8 weeks. Today i found out it will only happen on the 18th march. You got to be kidding me.

This money was to be used to pay other fnb accounts so that i could be up to date. Instead fnb has just taken my money from me and i have received extra interest on my accounts because of this delay. Not to mention they take this money on a Sunday when they closed.

I'm so angry with FNB on a whole at the moment. You think your a bank and you can do what ever you want.

Your service in the past has been great but in a matter of 2 months you have completely change my opinions. i will in future not suggest FNB to anyone.
