My money 6 months later i'm still waiting!

On 8/20/13 I reported two incidents of on my cheque card. online payments of R250 each to clearly online accounts like Yah 00h and Goo *gle. Since any professional institution especially a bank would be insured for I thought this would be an open & shut matter & i'd have the money from me reversed into my account within weeks. i got a letter stating that someone would get back to me with feedback - i'm still waiting - i want my money back! I was shocked & disappointed that the most innovative bank in Africa had a breach of security like this in the first place. And now i'm just livid that it has taken this long to investigate and recoup my funds - or at the very least for someone to give me feedback. This is shockingly bad service - fix this!
