Dial Direct Insurance
No Tom Tom

I got my insurance on my new car with Dial Direct Insurance about 3 weeks ago but it would appear that Mr. Shatner has run away with my Tom Tom. I was informed via email when I questioned the non- delivery that a third party company would be in contact with me to facilitate delivery... still no go.
Maybe I should send my insurance premium through the same black hole that the promised Tom Tom vanished into.
