Unknown deduction

Could you kindly assist as there is a deduction of 1 rand been taken off on a monthly basis from my banking account. I am experiencing unnecessary bank charges for this and the bank cannot assist me with the identity of this company. I would like to get this problem resolved. the bank reference is 0000 1057480 00gpprm. it has been ongoing for a couple of years.
