Good day Peter
I am Xolani Maseko living in Cape Town, I have a problem with DMC, there are sending me sms's about debit that should be going through on my account of which I dont know what I am paying and the amount I need to pay. I have been trying for almost a month now to get through to them the line is not working, I then alternatively sent emails to CTyson (she is on maternity leave response email) then when I try the help desk email there is just no response or acknowledgement of receipt of my emails.
All i want from is the statement of what I am paying for and I call so we can conclude the arrangements to paying the debt.
