Can't withdraw

My salary got paid in my account the 27th and I went to the ATM and it says I've reached my daily limit, how that possible as I never touch my money. I look at my balance and a whole R1400 is gone out of my account. I have no debit orders nothing. So I went to the bank without looking at my account detail they tell me my I withdraw money. Bt how is that possible if my daily limit just R1000 only then they looked at my account and the only reason they can give me to why my money is gone that its a TECHNICAL GLITCH and that my money will be in my account by tomorrow 12pm. I can't withdraw from my account nothing. Now I have to put my life on hold because of this. No one called me to apologise nothing. Very upset standard bank has no remorse
