In September 2011 I signed a debit order with credit worx for a doctors bill to the amount of R1031. Since September 2011 to date monthly a debit order went of for the amount of R100 totalling now R1800.

On Friday 01 March 2013 my wife went to the work, and the dr's secretary informed her that the full amount is still outstanding, I tried to phone Creditworx Telephone not working, I tried to email them no email address is working.
