Creditworx not transferring payments to client

My Wesbank loan account handed over to you in 2011 to handle it on their behalf. Creditworx have since contacted me and then I started repaying the account to date. To my surprise, a week ago I was contacted by Norman Bisset and Attorneys that Wesbank demands full payment of the loan amount as I have not been paying since.

This came as a shock to me that all this time I have been under the impression that Creditworx is transferring the money I pay them to Wesbank and this is not the case. I therefore demand a logical and plausible explanation if there is one or else I want a refund of all the money I have paid to date.
