Incomplete feedback regarding the investigation

Credit worx have been harrassing me to pay the interests and the commion charges, sms and phone calls. I havent received any feedback from the person that Shaun asked to investigate the matter.

I payed the full amount of R2133.00 which i innitially out according to Nedgroup. I payed it off in installments and i payed the last amount of R784.00 in march. I keep getting calls from consultants who demand me to pay the outstanding and they dont evens make complete notes of the conversation. The last call of last nite 14/05/2013 at 7:48pm the consultant told me i will see they will take the money from my bank account. Well let them try as i will take further action from now.
Nedgoup owes me a letter of apology for the way they treated the whole situation from the start and creditworx needs to better their clients communication skills. Financial institutions like to bully consumers and Credit worx is one of the biggest culprits but its time someone stand up for their rights and that will be me.
