Creditworx (S&V)
Is Creditworx working withing the NCA, I doubt

I was handed over by Nedgroup Medical Aid for an amount of R514.00 or something close. I left my previous employment, and apparently was owing this small amount to the medical aid. I am not sure if the medical aid tried to contact me. An agent from Creditwork contacted me via my cell from a weird 3digit number, I have seen this number come up before. I apologised and said that I would settle whats outstanding, and asked for a breakdown of the amount. Thats when all broke loose, there were fees for emails apparently sent to me, calls apparently made to me and the statement charged for that I had just requests. I have kept every email correspondance from this shady company.
I work for a bank, I know the NCA act, and these guys are definetly not working within the regulation.
I told them the same (some call centre agent), and explained that it was such a measly amount I can settle it, but would not because of all the other fees. I paid what was due to Nedgroup. The interest and all the other fees due to Creditworx is still outstanding, and I have emailed then regarding my intentions, no reply.
Can we come to some compromise on resolving this matter, I have already emailed all the emails 2U
