Not sticking to the agreement

This loan was granted to buy a machine. They now deducting double the amount as per the agreement - Ronel told me that I must do what I must do because they will take R10 000 a month - the agreed amount was between R2550-R3500. They are acutally now my money because this is unapproved. I have lodged a complaint with head office - followed up since January - phoned 3 times - nothing is happening... Should one be happy with this service? I am going to the ombadsman if this is not resolved by 17h00 today.
