Standard Bank waiting for 2 months now??

I've recently gave in an application for consolidation of debt for my two Standard bank credit cards to put on my home loan. The application was received by yourselves on 7th of February 2013. Since then all feedback I have been given was "we're experiencing high application volumes. I was told this is not going to take longer than 10 working days, it's been over two months now and I have still not heard anything regarding the application. I've queried this with Standard Bank and was told I need to wait longer, When I asked for a manager I was told there is nobody I can speak to??? I'm disgusted at the terrbile service. How can a bank not have a manager? This is a very urgent matter an needed to be resolved ASAP but it seems my business is not valued much and is not taken seriously. Some of my email were even blatanlty ignored aftyer receiving confirmation that the mail has been received on your side. I expect to hear from yourselves soon or i'll be taking my business somehwere else.
