With regards to their promotion on beating my policy, i phoned them to see if they could beat my policy so I can maybe save money... They couldnt and are suppose to pay me out now R400?

Their papers say only valid for 30 days... it's been a week and no further response (even after many emails) to ask my bank details? Have they ran away?

Really pathetic service and thankfully they couldnt beat my policy otherwise I wouldve been stuck at them with their "service" covering my insurance...
