Additionsl costs

Absa refuses to adhere to my complaints regarding the unlawfull deduction of extra & unauthorized additional costs (in direct violation of our contract/agreed monthly fees) from my personal account every month.
This stipulates but nothing is being done to rectify this matter.
If absa can do this to me, I am sure they do it to many others out there??
