Under debt review and pay every month but summoned

I have been under debt councelling for a number of years now, yet absa continue to summons me at the same time every year!!! They simply put you in a situation where you have to either pay an attorney or simply loose your home. My family are on the brink of seperation due to the further finacial demand on attorney fees, i have won the first high court matter with costs, absa with drew from the second and third summons> we have full documentation and full account of all payments. I am now taking this matter further as we have discovered that Absa is using this tactic on alot of families that dont know how to deal with the matter and simply except that Absa have a right NOT to adhere to the law, if there is anybody in the same situation Please feel free to email me< or if there is anybody with further advise on a different route a person can take.
