UNABLE TO CANCEL BOND COVER WITH STANDARD BANK

A few years ago I took out a bond cover with Standard Bank. On 25 September I tried cancelling it by sending them a letter. For whatever reason, they did not act on my instructions, and the cover was only cancelled when the property was transferred on 22 November.
