POOR RESPONSE ON QUIRY

As a pensioner i have been trying to follow-up on the status of one of my annuity's that we requested to be paid out.
Since Tuesday 26/02 i tried to speak to a Manager to find out the status without any success.
I can just mention that i signed all the documents with my broker on 25/01 for submission and nothing happened since. They keep on saying it is in process.
I asked several persons to transfer me to their manager and they will then put you on hold and nobody will come back to you not even after 20 minutes waiting.
When you phone back you start the cycle all over again.
I received 2 x calls from a private number which rang once only and as soon as i answered it they put it down. The next day they said they tried to phone me without success which is a lie. They just phone so that their record show that they have tried.
The Managers names are Tashriq Parker and Nellie Ngubane.
I am fed up with their poor customer relations not wanting to at least talking to customers when asked to do so. I cant see why it should take more than a month to clear what ever they need to do to finalize a transaction.
