Absa cannot even handle debit orders... theives!

Thank you ABSA Car Finance for debiting my car payment twice this month. In the last two months you managed to up my debit order twice and now you have debited me twice for March 2013, thereby leaving me beyond broke. The first debit order went off on the 27th February 2013, and the second one was deducted on the 1st of March 2013. Do you expect me to pay for food with hopes and dreams?
I expect my money to be returned to me ASAP in the full amount deducted.
Please do note that once all my finances are settled with ABSA, I will be moving to another bank, that knows how to handle fiances and doesn't rip off their client who has been with them for so many years.
