All I want is a answer!

I don't have much to say I'm disgusted never in my life have I delt weth people as unprofessional as you, yet you call yourself a comany! My capitec savings account has been debited with R1000 on the 25feb2013 which is not even my pay date, I've spoken to several people at cellc and also nubebt, I DON'T WANT TO HEAR THAT SOMEONE WILL DEAL WITH MY COMPLAINT, I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!! I haven't made arrangements and I haven't been contacted by new debt in anyway, I was suprised and iv been running around since monday, no one gets back to you, so please cut the Sand give my money and a phone call or I will be taking it further!!!
