Should not be alowed to operate at all

This is my second complaint to nu debt. (Utterly Disgusted: still no response so that means nu debt just loads debit orders on anybody's account not first checking that the information that they get from their clients are correct. I am still waiting for my refund of R129.00 which in my case is alot of money) response to my first complaint, by the number of complaints it seems Nu Debt just loads Debit Orders (in my first response as well) on anybody's accounts and all they tell you is that they got that information from their client., Surely you need to check if all information that you have received is valid. Please can anybody thats reading this tell me if there is a board or something that Nu debt can be reported to as Im sure Im not the only one who's account has been debited and now I must sit by and watch while MY MONEY is being disregarded as it is not any of NU Debts employees that are being incorrectly debited. If someone can please assist me to stop these people from taking innocent peoples money.
