Late accounts

I opened a Builders warehouse account last year. Since then it has been one constant struggle with them for statements. I get letters of demand for payment, complete with bold type, but they are too incompetent to send me an up to date statement. I applied for the account in my married name, with my current address, and guess what is on my statements? My maiden name. And at the start I did not receive my statement, because they were sent to an address I have not used in 4 years!

Today is 26 march 2013. I have received my latest stament, dated 12 february 2013. What a joke. I have made 2 payments since the date on te statement, which obviously do not show.

I have no problem paying my account, but I have a huge problem with having to figure out how much.
