POOR SERVICE

I called Clearwater FNB, their voice recording states, their trading hours are from 09:00 am to 16.30 PM . So drive to the Mall in a hurry and get there at 15:55 pm. THE BANK IS CLOSED. So why does their voice recording says 16.30 pm. I called FNB Clearwater on 011 6752026, when I got back, it states 09:00 am to 16:30 pm.

An employee comes to the door to let a client out, rudely says we are closed. There is a big white clock that says it 15:55 pm. WHY IS THE BANK CLOSED BEFORE THE TIME.

This is just disgusting and poor service.
