04/06/2013 I went to clearwater to apply for a contract phone S3 MINI, I got there there on time before store closed, next thing the lady who helped me was in a hurry, told me they are about to close up therefore I should come tomorrow as they are about to cash up. She took down my numbers and told me she will call the following day. I went there again thursday the 6th and she said they have no stock..On Sunday 16th I called few malls around to find if they have stock and Rosebank had. I get to Rosebank yesterday but the guy was in a hurry too. He basically told me aswell that in a few minutes he will be cashing up and that the only reason why he would help is because he needs to reach his target. Everything was done in a hurry, with so much attitude, all he kept saying was that "its late". I wanted to port and he made me pay R85 for sim fee where as at Clearwater they said it was free to port. I wanted to CAP the line, clearwater said they will do it for me however at Rosebank the guy refused & told me to call 1414. I called the number today, they want SSID and I have no clue what that is as it was never provided to me. Why have trading hours if you always in a hurry to cash up???
