Nedbank`s inferior service

Nedbank has decided to restrict my credit card for no apparent reason. I have overpaid on my account and do not owe Nedbank a cent. When trying to draw money for my rent because my savings withdrawal limit was exceeded I received a EO72 Error account restricted. Now Who did this and why? I especially put extra money on there as I am budgeting. I don`t have time to go to the bank and have to make time where I could be doing something else, their contact center is just useless and a waste of time. I will be changing banks and closing this account. Nedbank will be losing yet another a client.
